Colleges make a decisive difference to students, employers, and the whole economy of Scotland. Given the chance – and
the resources – to do so, colleges can do even more to transform lives for young and older students alike.
Our aim is simple: to raise the proportion of Scots who can access colleges from 1 in 10 today to 1 in 5 in ten
years' time.
We hope you will support our case for increased investment in buildings, in numbers of places and in financial
support for students.
